RESEARCH FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

WHO WE ARE

The purpose of Eco Research is applied interdisciplinary research, basic research and the dissemination of knowledge, as well as scientific consultancy and training. Since 2020, Eco Research has taken the legal form of an association established in accordance with articles 14 et seq. of the Civil Code, continuing to carry out its activities at its headquarters in Bolzano, via Negrelli n.13. According to its statute, its activity is non-profit.

Eco Research promotes innovation, encourages a constant rationalisation and improvement of the eco-sustainability of structures and plants that have an impact on the environment (waste recovery plants, purifiers, etc.), increases the technological performance of companies operating in the sector, improves acceptance of modern technologies and supports the training and specialisation of new generations of highly qualified researchers.

THE ORGANISATION

The Board of Directors is the governing body of Eco Research. It is responsible for the acts of ordinary and extraordinary administration. The president of the board of directors is responsible for signing the association’s name and for representing the association both vis-à-vis third parties and in court. The director acts as the professional head of Eco Research and implements the guidelines for the scientific and management structure. The research activity is carried out by technical collaborators who are active in research and development.
